Join us on Wednesday, April 8, for the next installment of the Policy Pulse Speaker Series, featuring Zachary Reber, Pennsylvania Secretary of the Budget.

Secretary Reber will speak to attendees about the Governor’s 2026–27 budget proposal and the legislative budget process, highlighting key items and programs that impact the regional business community. Attendees will gain valuable insight into how state-level decisions shape the economic landscape across the Harrisburg region and the Commonwealth.

The Policy Pulse Speaker Series is a monthly forum that convenes government leaders and business advocates to discuss the policies influencing our region’s economic growth and competitiveness. Each session offers timely analysis, informed perspectives, and opportunities for meaningful dialogue on today’s most pressing public policy issues.
