Join us for our June CBW+ Speaker Series presented by our Exclusive CBW+ Champions Conrad Siegel, PA Treasury Department and UPMC.
Glow Through What You Go Through: The Power of Resilience in Work and Life
In a culture that celebrates constant output, this interactive session invites participants to rethink resilience, not as endurance but as recovery, awareness, and intentional growth. Through honest reflection, relatable stories, and practical insights, attendees will explore how to recognize burnout, reconnect to what sustains them, and navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.
This experience creates space to move beyond simply getting through challenges and instead grow through them. Participants will gain tools to protect their energy, strengthen emotional agility, and build confidence that is steady and sustainable. They will leave with a renewed perspective on resilience that can be applied in both work and life.
Event Agenda:
ALL ARE WELCOME! Chamber Business Women+ (CBW+) promotes the progression and advancement of professional women through the education and sharing of ideas and experiences. We invite everyone (of all gender identities) who supports this mission to join the events.
