VIBE is the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s biggest event of the year – and our largest fundraiser! Setting the bar high for networking in the Harrisburg region, 600 business influencers join us each year to strengthen relationships and learn something new at this cutting-edge event. Meet our VIBE speaker | Howie Roseman 

A two-time NFL Executive of the Year and architect of the first and second Super Bowl championships in franchise history, Executive Vice President/General Manager Howie Roseman is in his 26th season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Since being hired in 2000, he has cemented himself as one of the most respected front office executives in the league, leading Philadelphia to 17 postseason berths, 11 NFC East crowns, and three Super Bowl appearances (LII, LVII, LIX), including victories over the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs.

His perspective on strategy, innovation, and collaboration has made him one of the most respected voices in sports leadership. At VIBE, Roseman will share insights on leading high-performing teams and sustaining organizational excellence—lessons that extend well beyond the playing field.
