VIBE is the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s biggest event of the year and our largest fundraiser. Setting the bar high for networking in the Harrisburg region, 600 business leaders and professionals gather each year to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and learn from one another.

More than a networking event, VIBE is an opportunity for organizations to invest in their people. Many companies attend as teams, bringing colleagues together for an evening of connection, inspiration, and leadership development they can carry back to the workplace.

Meet our VIBE Speaker | Howie Roseman 

A two-time NFL Executive of the Year and architect of the first and second Super Bowl championships in franchise history, Executive Vice President/General Manager Howie Roseman is in his 26th season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Since being hired in 2000, he has cemented himself as one of the most respected front office executives in the league, leading Philadelphia to 17 postseason berths, 11 NFC East crowns, and three Super Bowl appearances (LII, LVII, LIX), including victories over the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs.

His perspective on strategy, innovation, and collaboration has made him one of the most respected voices in sports leadership. At VIBE, Roseman will share insights on leading high-performing teams and sustaining organizational excellence—lessons that extend well beyond the playing field.

Meet our VIBE Emcee | Devan Kaney 

Devan Kaney is the sideline reporter for the Philadelphia Eagles Radio Network and the weekend sports anchor and reporter for Fox 29 Philadelphia. She previously served as an on-air host for 94WIP-FM Sports Radio and is well known across the Philadelphia sports market.

Devan earned her Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Affairs in 2016 from American University’s School of Communication in Washington, D.C., and her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013.

Between degrees, Devan worked in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles and New York.   She was an Executive Assistant to Hollywood big wigs at Lionsgate Studios, Authentic Talent Management, and William Morris Endeavor.

Devan is from Radnor, PA and currently lives in Philadelphia. When she's not on-air or at a game, Devan is usually hanging at home with her dog, Magic - who rules her life - or reading a fantasy or sci-fi novel.
