Tracy Pennycuick was elected to the Pennsylvania Senate in 2022. She represents the 24th District\, which includes parts of Berks and Montgomery counties. She has been a champion for advancing legislative initiatives to create jobs\, support our veterans and law enforcement\, improve education\, and stop excessive government spending.She serves as the Chair of the Communications and Technology Committee and Vice Chair of the Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee\, as well as a member of the Aging & Youth\, Appropriations\, Finance\, Judiciary and Law and Justice committees. She also serves on the PA Military Community Enhancement Commission\, PA National Guard Youth Challenge Advisory Board\, PA Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority\, and the Advisory Council for the Southeastern Veterans' Center.As Chair of the Communications and Technology Committee\, she is committed to fostering innovation while protecting Pennsylvanians from disinformation and digital threats.Prior to being elected to the Senate\, she served the 147th House District in the General Assembly in 2020.Sen.
