WITF is seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our successful Corporate Partnerships team. This person is responsible for securing revenue to support WITF TV/PBS programming, WITF FM/NPR programming and WITF digital platforms as well as original content projects and educational engagement events. This position begins with an active account list and will have a significant focus on new business development.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for public media and the ability to share this passion with prospective clients. They must be able to interpret quantitative and qualitative industry research to differentiate WITF and develop customized client proposals that align the strengths of public media with client needs. Cultivating relationships with business leaders and corporations is an essential skill for the success of this individual.

The Account Manager will spend a large percentage of their time in the communities that WITF serves and must have the ability to work independently and/or in groups, and project a professional and positive image for which WITF is known.

Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a minimum of three years’ experience in broadcast or other direct sales, non-profit fundraising, marketing, and/or relationship-building experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
