Fort Pitt Capital Group is actively seeking a highly qualified Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) to join our esteemed Client Service team in Central, Pennsylvania. This position involves collaboration with our financial advisors, providing invaluable support to assist in the management and growth of their client portfolios. What You’ll Do

• Primary point person for incoming phone calls, greeting clients, mail distribution, scanning, filing and scheduling appointments
• Preparing materials for client and prospect meetings
• Supporting clients’ onboarding process
• Updating client accounts in the CRM system
• Assisting with client requests for funds transfers in and out of accounts
• Communicate with custodians to resolve issues

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Communication skills
• Attention to Detail
• Positive attitude

Good to Haves

• Experience in a Financial Services environment
• One (1) year of administrative or customer service representative experience
• Experience with Schwab Advisor Services, Fidelity WealthCentral / Wealthscape, or TD Ameritrade Institutional

About The Position

• Reports to the Client Service Manager
• Regular Full-Time
• Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Little to no travel is expected for this position
