This is a full time, salaried position, reporting to the VP of Operations at Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts.

The Director of Facility Operations is responsible to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Center on a seven day a week

 continuous operational basis including HVAC systems, building structure, plumbing systems, electrical systems, life safety systems,

 custodial and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.   Supervise security and custodial personnel to ensure safety and a high quality of

 cleanliness of the Center on a daily basis.  Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction, remodeling, renovations and

 maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building.  Responsible for overseeing the production management office.  Plan budgets

 and schedules for facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.
