Meet the Speaker

A leader behind a growing portfolio of hospitality brands, Jamie Berger is best known as the Founder & CEO of C&J Catering. What began in 2004 as a small drop-off catering operation with just one employee has grown into a thriving hospitality enterprise with five locations, multiple brands, and more than 300 team members. Today, the organization continues to expand while reflecting the diverse cultures and backgrounds of the communities it serves throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Jamie believes people are the foundation of every successful business. As a servant leader, she is passionate about developing individuals, building strong teams, and creating workplace cultures where employees can grow personally and professionally. She credits much of her success to the people she has the privilege of working alongside each day.

In the face of the hospitality industry's workforce challenges following the pandemic, Jamie has reimagined traditional approaches to attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Her people-first leadership philosophy has helped shape a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and invested in the company's long-term success. By challenging conventional thinking around workforce development, Jamie continues to demonstrate how investing in people strengthens businesses, communities, and the hospitality industry as a whole.
