Central Penn College Announces New "Party on the Patio" Series This Summer

SUMMERDALE (June 20, 2024)  Central Penn College is excited to announce a brand new summer event series, "Party on the Patio," taking place every Thursday from 4 – 6 p.m. starting July 11 and running until October 10.

This free-to-attend, family-friendly event series is open to the public and will be held on Central Penn College's beautiful campus in quaint Summerdale. Attendees can enjoy live music, delicious food from a variety of food trucks, fun patio games sponsored by PSECU, and a chance to connect with the college and surrounding community.

Each week, "Party on the Patio" will feature some of the area's most popular food trucks, offering a variety of delicious options to tantalize your taste buds. Live music will provide the soundtrack to your summer evenings, with local musicians performing a range of genres. And, thanks to sponsorship from PSECU, attendees can enjoy a selection of fun patio games for all ages.

• July 18: The Speckled Moose and Bubble Wow Waffles with music by Jon Garcia
• July 25: Blazing Swine BBQ and Mac Stack Food Truck with music by Joshua Houseknecht
• August 1: Wich Way Sandwiches and Vampire Taco Truck with music by Brad Harden
• August 8: Gio's Smokin Grill and Cool Beans Brew with music by Ed Allison
• August 15: Mad Dash Concessions and 717 Tacos with music by Senzae (DJ)
• August 22: Blazing Swine BBQ and Quinns Coffee Bar with music by Alex Stanilla
• August 29: That's What Cheese Said and Mocha Motion Coffee with music by Tanis Pellegrini
• September 4: Creative Crepes and Quinns Coffee Bar with music by Ronnie on Saturn
• September 12: 717 Tacos and Mocha Motion Coffee with music by Vibrxtions (DJ)
• September 19: Halo's Eatery and Quinn’s Coffee Bar with music by Derek Henry
• September 26: Gio's Smokin Grill and Mocha Motion Coffee with music by Dangles (DJ)
• October 3: Creative Crepes and Quinns Coffee Bar with music by Derek Avalon
• October 10: Halo's Eatery and Cool Beans Brew with music by Condition Oakland

All events are free to attend and open to the public. Please note that attendees are responsible for purchasing any food and drinks they would like from the food vendors.
