And, more importantly, how do we do that? Whether it’s life, work, or the intersection of life+work, we CAN set daring goals and brave intimidating opportunities with a sense of unwavering optimism. Asking ourselves the powerful question, “What if I can?” opens doors we never dreamed possible.

Meet the Speaker!

Jeannie Zappe
Eternal Optimist
LLC Head coach and Founder 

Jeannie Zappe, a transformative speaker and eternal optimist, excelled in leadership roles in higher education IT before pursuing her true calling as a swim coach in 2010. Harnessing her lifelong passion, she’s coached a diverse spectrum, from young talents to elite national athletes and Ironmen/women. Jeannie’s personal feats include swimming around Manhattan at age 53, crossing the English Channel at 55, and becoming the 112th woman to complete the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming by swimming from Catalina Island to Long Beach, CA at age 56. She holds a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State and an MS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
