The available storefront retail space at The Benmar Apartments is ready and waiting for a small business takeover! Join us for Coffee & Connections in this great space on the ground floor of a unique downtown apartment complex and tour one of the available units while you’re here. Formerly an office building, these structures have been transformed into inviting residential spaces, less than a block from both the Susquehanna River and Restaurant Row!

Parking is available as follows:
