After serving as Associate General Counsel for Global HR & Litigation at The Hershey Company, Claudia started her coaching and consulting business ten years ago. She focuses on one-to-one and group coaching, executive/team meeting facilitation, and fractional CHRO projects.

Each year, CBW+ designates a Charity of Choice that aligns with CBW+’s mission to promote the advancement of women in business. The selected organization is recognized at each CBW event.

Our mission revolves around providing hope and support for at-risk Harrisburg youth. Through a commitment to educational and vocational opportunities, we seek to empower these young individuals to overcome adversities and carve out a promising path for themselves.

Looking ahead, our vision is centered on breaking the cycle of poverty through education. We aspire to create a community where every person, regardless of their background, has access to quality education.
