The October CBW+ Speaker Series will feature Renee Holloman, Vice President of Human Relations at Milton Hershey School.
Mapping Out Your Career Success: From Ambition to Action is an empowering session designed to help attendees take charge of their professional journeys through career mapping. By reflecting on past experiences, you’ll uncover your unique strengths, ambitions, and talents, transforming insight into intentional action. This process aligns your passions with long-term goals, guiding you to create a purposeful, inspiring career path that’s authentic and driven by your personal vision of success.

Renee Holloman
Vice President of Human Resources
Milton Hershey School
Renee Holloman is the Vice President of Human Resources at Milton Hershey School, where she leads strategic initiatives that advance the school’s mission through strategic talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor strategy, and leadership development. Renee is deeply committed to fostering a high-performance, mission-driven workforce that positions MHS as a national leader in education.
With more than two decades of executive leadership across healthcare, hospitality, and education, Renee is a seasoned strategist and Chief Negotiating Officer. Her expertise spans employee relations, project management, mergers and acquisitions, new builds, and union contract negotiations. She is known for aligning people strategies with organizational goals to drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term impact.
Before joining MHS, Renee served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at PAM Health, overseeing all people functions for a multistate healthcare system. She also held senior leadership roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Trump Casino Hotels, where she led multimillion-dollar renovations, hospitality operations, and destination services.
Renee serves on the Board of Directors for the Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning, contributing her strategic insight to expand educational access. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an Associate in Marketing, and a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from Central Penn College. Her leadership and community impact were recognized with the Women of Excellence Award from the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg.

For forty- two years, Downtown Daily Bread has been a gateway to basic human services for hundreds of homeless and hungry individuals in Harrisburg.
We offer a Soup Kitchen with weekday breakfast and dinner, and a daily lunch meals; a Day Shelter with beds, computers, phones, and staff counselors; a year-round Night Shelter for men, and numerous assistance programs such as showers, lockers, mail delivery, laundry cards, vouchers for photo IDs, clothing, and other personal hygiene items.
