September CBW+ Speaker Series | The Art and Strength of Constructive Conflict
Wednesday, September 24, 2025 (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) (EDT)
Description
Join us for our September CBW+ Speaker Series presented by Conrad Siegel, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, UPMC and Women Involved of The Salvation Army Harrisburg.
The September CBW+ Speaker Series will feature Brianna Campbell, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, as she speaks on the art and strength of constructive conflict.
Conflict isn’t inherently negative—it’s a natural and necessary part of growth. In fact, a lack of conflict within your organization may signal untapped potential. However, when left unresolved, conflict can erode the healthy culture leaders work hard to build. This workshop explores the art of navigating conflict constructively by examining individual differences in perception, understanding conflict approach styles, and learning practical strategies to handle these moments with strength and clarity.
