The Cradle to Career Alliance is a collective impact effort for Career Awareness & Preparation in S. Central PA. The Summit is the annual culmination of the great work accomplished during the year as well as a look ahead at future projects. This year's Summit features: Committee presentations on the Online Connector Platform, Alliance operations, and the October 15, 2025 Career Preparedness Expo, as well as A Look to the Future - strategies to continue growing our future workforce together!
