As we look ahead to the new year, I’d like to invite your organization to partner with us for the Penguin Plunge—a long-standing tradition in Central PA that combines community, fun, and philanthropy.

The Penguin Plunge is a unique event where brave participants raise funds to support homeless animals in our area before taking the icy plunge into the Susquehanna River on New Year’s Day. Hundreds of supporters gather to cheer on these animal welfare warriors as they take the plunge, making it an event that’s both thrilling and heartwarming.

In addition to the plunge, we host a Pre-Plunge Chill Out Zone where attendees can enjoy food, drinks, and activities as they prepare for the big event. It’s a great opportunity for local businesses to gain visibility and show their commitment to the welfare of animals in our community.
