The APX Enclosures Family of Companies is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive results and lead the organization through its next stage of growth. This role requires the ability to increase sales, implement effective go-to-market strategies, and deliver sustained revenue growth and profitability. A successful track record of strong financial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to foster high-performing, collaborative teams is essential. The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction, with a strong focus on driving results, enhancing operational efficiency, and building infrastructure to ensure alignment across all business units. The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, vision, strategy, and long-term success.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in a growing, multifaceted organization

Experience leading a business unit with full P&L responsibility

Demonstrated track record of successful process improvement leadership required; corresponding certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), a plus

Experience in manufacturing, required; within fabrication and/or job shop environments, a plus

Demonstrated experience developing high performing teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with/reporting to a Board of Directors, a plus

Experience integrating acquisitions, a plus

Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
