Scenic Ridge Company is currently seeking an Estimator/Project Manager - Structural Steel. Position interacts with clients and internal staff in the securing, purchasing, and management of construction projects. Skill Requirements: • Technical knowledge • Construction experience in structural steel • Strong personal character and integrity • Experience in sales • Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written) • Ability to work through complex challenges to completion • Independent decision making • Confidentiality • Work with minimal direction • Understand construction plans/specifications and processes • Computer experience • Ability to lead responsive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, clients • Working knowledge of PEMB and concrete Successful applicant will be required to work 8-10 hours in an office and field environment and would be based on a 40+ hour work week.
