What You’ll Do (The Daily Hustle)

Drive with Precision: Safely operate forklifts (Sit-down, Stand-up, or Reach trucks) to load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.

Keep it Moving: Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.

Unload & Organize: Receive incoming shipments, verify product counts, and safely store them in their designated locations.

Safety First, Always: Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Team Up: Collaborate with warehouse leads and inventory teams to ensure daily shipping and receiving goals are crushed.

What You Bring to the Floor

The Experience: Minimum of 6 months of previous forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. (You know your way around the controls and can handle tight corners!)

The Hustle: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a "safety-first" attitude.
