Job Title: Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Multiple Property Sites (Travel Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, their own transportation, and be available to travel to various properties to perform general maintenance and repair tasks. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and functionality of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

Inspect and troubleshoot issues at assigned properties and provide timely, cost-effective solutions.

Complete work orders and report on job status and materials used.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance procedures.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Willingness and ability to travel daily to multiple job sites.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic tools and reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation:

$45,000-48,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
