Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction projects, requiring both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Assist with routine lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Operate machinery including skidsteer for larger landscaping tasks and snow plowing during winter months.
• Conduct tree care activities, including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Participate in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Drive large trucks to and from job sites, with possible trailer towing.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with mechanical operations of landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques, tree care practices, and landscape design principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while performing physical labor is essential.
• Pennsylvania Drivers License is required.
