Alicia Mills named one of CPBJ Forty Under 40 for 2023

Burn30’s co-owner Alicia Mills has been named one of Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 for 2023. Mills works as a Senior Level Urology PA for UPMC of Central Pennsylvania. She can be found in the local UPMC hospitals caring for patients, training new hires, and teaching PA students. She and her husband, Nate Kresge, took over ownership of Burn30 in Lemoyne in the beginning of 2022. Kresge was named to Forty Under 40 in 2015.

Mills said, “It’s an honor to be included in this list among so many incredible professionals. I love what I do and I’m proud of Burn30’s mission to help our clients gain a better quality of life through exercise.”

In addition to her professional roles, Alicia is a mother to two very active kids who keep her busy running to gymnastics and baseball games. She loves being active herself and regularly lifts weights, hikes, runs, and snowboards when she can.
