CAMP HILL, PA – Alexander J. Fratti, CFA, who specializes in wealth management and business valuations, and Stephanie Martz, who has extensive experience with auto dealerships, have joined Boyer & Ritter LLC’s team of seasoned professionals.

Stephanie Martz, who rose through the ranks at the Bedford, PA – based Thomas Automotive Family, serving as financial controller, CFO, general manager, and most recently president, joins Boyer & Ritter’s Dealership Practice Group as a Manager. She graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Accounting.

Alexander J. Fratti, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), joins Boyer & Ritter as a Senior Associate and will work primarily in the Advisory group, focusing on Business Valuations and Succession Planning. Fratti most recently worked at a New York-based firm, conducting bottom-up financial analysis, business analysis, and valuation modeling of middle-market companies across multiple industries. He earned dual BS degrees in Economics and Biology from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
