CAMP HILL, PA (January 13, 2026) – Boyer & Ritter is proud to celebrate 14 promotions, including a new Controller and Director of Operations, two new Managers, five new Supervisors, and five new Senior Associates.

Promoted to Controller:

MacKenna Leib, CPA, has served as the firm’s Assistant Controller since December 2024 after starting at the firm in 2019 and working in the Employee Benefit Plan and Auto Dealership groups. Leib earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Fraud Examination, and a Master of Accountancy from Bloomsburg University.

Promoted to Director of Operations:

Diane Grove, who started with Boyer & Ritter in 1994 and has led the Support Services department for more than 30 years, was promoted to Director of Operations to reflect her expanding role within the firm. Grove earned a BS in Communications, with a minor in History from East Stroudsburg University. In 2016, she was among the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg’s 27th Tribute to Women of Excellence honorees.

Promoted to Manager:

John Sterner

John Sterner, CPA, is a member of the firm’s Nonprofits and Auto Dealerships groups. He earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Fraud Examination and Economics and a Masters of Accountancy from Bloomsburg University. Sterner joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021.

Kelly O’Leary

Kelly O’Leary is a member of the firm’s Government Services and Small Business/Tax groups. She earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Shippensburg University’s John L. Grove College of Business. O’Leary joined Boyer & Ritter in 2018.

Promoted to Supervisor:

Nicole Harmon

Nicole Harmon earned an MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Marketing and Advertising from York College of Pennsylvania. Harmon joined Boyer & Ritter in 2022.

Nathan Moshgat

Nathan Moshgat earned an MBA in 2020 and a BS in Accounting in 2019 from Lebanon Valley College, where he was also a member of LVC’s men’s soccer team. Moshgat joined Boyer & Ritter in 2020.

Rita Calamia

Rita Calamia earned a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and minored in Information Systems and Technology. Calamia interned with Boyer & Ritter between 2022 and January 2024 before joining the firm full time in 2024.

Alexis Regester

Alexis Regester earned a BS in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Bloomsburg University. She interned with Boyer & Ritter in the summer of 2021 and joined the firm in 2022.

Jack Celmer

Jack Celmer earned a BS in Accounting and Information Technology, with a Security Risk and Analysis minor from The Pennsylvania State University. Celmer joined Boyer & Ritter in 2022.

Promoted to Senior Associate:

Sarah Spaulding

Sarah Spaulding earned a BSBA in Business Administration, Finance from Bloomsburg University and a minor in business management. She previously worked as a staff accountant for a commercial construction company. Spaulding joined Boyer & Ritter in 2024.

Dragan Hornatko

Dragan Hornatko earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from McDaniel College. While at McDaniel, he played on the school’s varsity basketball team. Hornatko joined Boyer & Ritter in 2024.

Caitlin Harro

Caitlin Harro earned a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna, where she graduated cum laude, and, in January 2023, completed a three-week anthropology course with the Council on International Education Exchange in Singapore. Harro joined Boyer & Ritter in 2024.

Devon Pritsch

Devon Pritsch earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems Management from Penn State University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Pritsch interned with Boyer & Ritter in the spring of 2024 and joined the firm full-time later that year.

Erica Weaver

Erica Weaver earned a BS and Master’s in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. Weaver interned with Boyer & Ritter in 2023 and 2024 before joining the firm full-time in 2024.
