Boyer & Ritter CEO Robert J. Murphy among 2024 Icon Honors recipients
CAMP HILL, PA – Central Penn Business Journal has named Boyer & Ritter CEO Robert J. Murphy among the magazine's 2024 Icon Honors recipients, recognizing individuals who have left a mark in their fields.
Earlier this year, Murphy was named among central Pennsylvania’s “Top 100 People for 2024” by Pennsylvania Business Central. Murphy joined Boyer & Ritter in 1980 and has been the firm's CEO for 15 years.
“This year’s Icon Honors recipients are accomplished leaders who have lifted up their colleagues and displayed selfless community service,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Central Penn Business Journal. “We at Central Penn Business Journal are proud to honor their impressive records of accomplishment, leadership, and vision. Congratulations to the honorees."
CPBJ has also twice named Murphy one of the area’s “Power 100” leaders.

This year's Icon Honors recipients will be honored on February 21 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel, 4650 Lindle Road in Harrisburg. The celebration begins at 11 a.m. with registration and networking, lunch, and award presentations. The event hashtag is #CPBJevents.
The March 1 issue of the Central Penn Business Journal Winners will include an insert naming the honorees. The list is also available online at www.CPBJ.com.
