CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter CEO Robert J. Murphy and Principal Thomas J. Taricani made Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top 100 People for 2024, recognizing individuals who positively impact their communities.

Robert Murphy, CPA/ABV, CVA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 1980 and has served as the firm’s CEO for the past 15 years. Distinguished by his strategic vision, leadership, and commitment to core values, he is also a passionate community volunteer. Murphy’s leadership involvement in charitable organizations including the United Way of the Capital Region and the Joshua Group underscore his dedication to the betterment of our community. In 2021 and 2022, the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal named him among the area’s “Power 100” leaders.

Thomas J. Taricani, CPA/ABV, CVA, CEPA, is the Principal in Charge of the firm’s State College office. He is Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee and also chairs the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services practice group. He is involved in most aspects of a client’s income and estate tax minimization planning, including formulating and implementing sophisticated succession, exit, and estate plans. Civically, he serves as President of the Louis E. Silvi Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of Mount Nittany Health and its related Mount Nittany Health Foundation. Taricani also made Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top 100 People list in 2022.
