CAMP HILL, PA  – Nathaniel J. Yost is vice-chair of Boyer & Ritter’s Dealership Group and has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, was elected to the firm’s five-member Executive Committee.

Yost assumes the seat previously held by Robert J. Murphy, who served as CEO since 2009 and will continue as a Principal over the next year on a part-time basis.

“After 15 years of providing visionary leadership to the Executive Committee and to the firm, Bob Murphy’s transition from CEO created an available seat for another principal to join the committee,’’ said Boyer & Ritter Chair of the Executive Committee, Thomas J. Taricani, CPA/ABV, CVA, CEPA. “Although no longer a member of the Executive Committee, Bob will continue to provide valuable assistance as the executive leadership team charts Boyer & Ritter’s future.”

Yost, whose dealership expertise includes working with clients on merger and acquisition opportunities, consulting projects and assisting in dealership valuation engagements, said he was honored to join the Executive Committee.
