Boyer & Ritter welcomes 8 new associates

CAMP HILL, PA (July 24, 2025) — Boyer & Ritter is pleased to welcome eight new associates, including three who previously interned with the firm and two who have accounting experience working with businesses, nonprofits and governmental entities.


Riley McGallicher earned a BS in Accounting with a Finance Minor from Susquehanna University Sigmund Weis School of Business. He previously interned with Boyer & Ritter in 2024. McGallicher also played on the university’s Division III baseball team.


Hanna Swalin earned a M. Acc and a BS in Accounting with a Minor in Fraud Examination from Bloomsburg University. She previously interned with Boyer & Ritter in 2024. While at Bloomsburg she was a tax preparer for Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and was a Graduate Assistant in the Accounting Department, tutoring undergraduates.


Jacklyn Karoly earned a M. Acc and a BS in Accounting from Bloomsburg University. She previously interned with Boyer & Ritter in 2024. She served as treasurer for the Bloomsburg Inter-Sorority Council and the Chi Theta Pi sorority.


Isaiah J. Houser earned a BS in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received the Robert E. Cook Honors and the Eberly Business Honors scholarships. He played on the school’s varsity football team and was a member of the Student Accounting Association.


Matthew T. Rindfuss earned a BS in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M. Acc from Pennsylvania Western University. He previously planned and directed statewide advocacy campaigns for the American Petroleum Institute and as a research analyst for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.


Madison Bucher, CPA earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Economics and an M. Acc from Bloomsburg University. She previously worked as a staff accountant for a Danville-based firm where she assisted with work for individuals and business clients.


Brady Knier earned BS in Accounting and Business Administration (graduating magna cum laude) and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College. He previously interned with a Lititz-based accounting firm and was a member of the LVC Men’s Cross-Country team.


Nicholas Resele earned a BS in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College. He previously worked as a staff accountant for a firm in Lower Paxton Township, where he worked on audits and financial statements for nonprofit and governmental entities.
