The Partnership for Career Development (PCD), is proud to introduce Career Recognition Weeks. PCD, in collaboration with members of the Cradle to Career Alliance (C2C) and PCD’s Career Awareness & Preparation (CAP) school consortium, has aligned Career Recognition Weeks to the long-recognized 16 National Career Clusters® Framework, with additional weeks.

Career Recognition Weeks span the school year from September through May to provide and encourage opportunities for schools and businesses to connect, collaborate, and celebrate career awareness and preparation.
