
CCP Facilitates Sale of Flex Space
Lemoyne, PA – Campbell Commercial Partners is pleased to announce the successful sale of 5024 Simpson Ferry Road, a well-positioned 13,225 square foot flex building in Mechanicsburg, PA.
The building was occupied by West Shore Home since 2014, serving as its local branch office. That office has relocated to a 22,000 square foot building at 5073 Ritter Road in the Rossmoyne Business Center.
West Shore Home’s corporate headquarters remain at the 56,000 square foot building at 3 Crossgate Drive in Mechanicsburg.
The buyer, Mechanicsburg Simpson Ferry LLC, plans to redevelop the building into a Caliber Collision.
Art Campbell, Jessica Gasper, and Larry Kostelac represented the parties in the transaction.
