Central Penn College Honors Members 1st as "Business Partner of the Year"
ENOLA--Sept. 11, 2025--Central Penn College’s annual “Business Partner of the Year” Breakfast saluted the extraordinary collaboration and support of Members 1st Federal Credit Union, based in East Pennsboro Township.
Members 1st has partnered with the college’s Center for Career Services & Development for years, offering internships, part-time jobs and full-time careers to many students and graduates. They are also a frequent presence at recruiting events and serve on the Advisory Council for the Center for Career Services & Development.
Members 1st has also partnered with the college’s Center for Workforce Excellence to offer their associates customized, for-credit education programs in an exclusive educational cohort experience. The credit union is also a member of the college’s Partner Program, which provides an additional scholarship to associates utilizing employee tuition reimbursement, with many employees currently enrolled in Central Penn’s certificate and degree programs. Sara Elerman accepted the award on behalf of Members 1st's team.
Central Penn College alumna Kim Craig of Hamilton Health Center served as the keynote speaker at the annual breakfast.
