CAMP HILL, Pa – Dame Leadership today announced a series of organizational changes that position the firm for its next phase of growth and client impact. Founder John Dame has been named Chairman and will continue his work helping leaders clarify and align with their purpose. Ed Dame has been appointed CEO/President. In addition, Chris Edwards and Mark Walker have been promoted to Vice Presidents, and James (Jim) Maffei has joined the firm as a Leadership Consultant.

As Chairman, John Dame will focus on long-term vision, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership, building on his legacy of developing leaders and organizations grounded in purpose. His continued emphasis on purpose-driven leadership will guide the firm’s growth and community impact. 

Ed Dame will lead the firm’s day-to-day operations as CEO/President, advancing Dame Leadership’s strategy and expanding services that help clients align teams, accelerate execution, and achieve measurable results. He will oversee firmwide performance, client outcomes, and the continued evolution of offerings that meet leaders where they are and move them forward. 

Chris Edwards has been promoted to Vice President of Strategy & Solutions and will lead Dame Leadership’s consulting practice. In this role, Edwards will partner with CEOs and executive teams to sharpen strategic priorities, align organizations, and deliver tangible, sustained performance improvements. 

Mark Walker has been promoted to Vice President of Assessments and will oversee Success Performance Solutions (SPS), expanding the firm’s data-driven assessment solutions that help organizations hire, develop, and retain top talent. Walker will guide product strategy and delivery to ensure clients gain actionable insights across the employee lifecycle. 

Dame Leadership also welcomes James (Jim) Maffei as a Leadership Consultant. Maffei will advise clients on leadership development and organizational effectiveness, bringing hands-on experience coaching executives and teams to build capacity, culture, and performance.
