DBK Strength Studio Grand Opening with Free Community Open House in Hershey
DBK Strength Studio, a women centric personal training studio in Hershey, will host its grand opening and open house on Saturday, September 12, from 10:30am to 4:30pm at 1249 Cocoa Ave, Suite 170. The event is free and open to the public, and the whole community is invited to stop by any time during the day.
The day starts at 10:30am with a ribbon cutting and opening remarks, including current clients sharing their own experiences with strength training. From 11am to 2pm, the studio opens its doors for an open house with food, music, and giveaways. Guests can drop in whenever works for them and bring friends or family along.
At 2pm, the studio will run a free "Debunking the Deadlift" workshop, open to the public and built for anyone who has felt nervous about the deadlift or wants to learn to do it right. Spots are capped at 12, so pre registration is required. The day wraps up from 3 to 4:30pm with an open training floor, where people of all skill levels can come lift or come cheer.
DBK Strength was founded to help women feel strong so they can take part fully in their lives, and the open house is a chance to show the community what that looks like. "I wanted to build a place where women feel safe walking in the door, even if they've never touched a barbell," said Becky, owner of DBK Strength. "This day is about opening our doors and letting people see there's nothing to be scared of. Come as you are, stay as long as you want, and see what strength can do for you."
