Brian Brooks joined the team as the Director of Business Development at a time when the dramatic growth of our movement was necessary to safeguard the voice of those who would otherwise not be heard – small businesses.

With over 32 years of experience leading organizations to growth, his expertise and unique understanding of small businesses are beneficial not only to Go Big Small Biz Network but to all members of our network. As a small business owner himself, he has been directly impacted by government overreach and understands the importance of protecting the rights of all small businesses to conduct business.  

Prior to joining Go Big Small Biz Network, Brian worked at Shentel for over 26 years where he was instrumental in negotiating many of the company’s largest deals. For over 20 years, his effort was focused on the Central Pennsylvania market through his work to build a robust Sprint and Boost dealer network in Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Altoona. He was also responsible for all sales and sales distribution for Sprint in large parts of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Outside of work, Brian loved to go boating, camping and fishing with his family. Brian has three beautiful girls and has been married to his wife Leslie for 29 years. No grandkids yet.
