HARRISBURG, Pa. (Nov. 03, 2025) — McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that Caitlin Demiral has joined the firm’s growing Litigation Group in its Harrisburg office.

Demiral is a litigator who advises clients in guardianship matters, representing petitioners, agencies and individuals in establishment, modification and compliance proceedings. She also handles disputes involving trusts, estates and powers of attorney. Demiral advocates for clients across Pennsylvania in Orphans’ Court.

Demiral is the latest addition to McNees’ Litigation Group, which continues to expand in Harrisburg and across the firm’s multi-state regional footprint. With her addition to the team, McNees has added seven litigation attorneys in 2025 to date, including in the firm’s Harrisburg, Lancaster, Radnor and York offices.

Before joining McNees, Demiral served as an assistant solicitor for Dauphin County Children and Youth Services, representing the agency in Dependency Court, Orphans’ Court, and appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. She previously clerked for Judge Jeremiah D. Zook of the Franklin and Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted judicial opinions and court orders in matters involving child custody, termination of parental rights and civil litigation.

Demiral earned her law degree from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she received the Miller Center Advocate of the Year Award for outstanding participation in pro bono and public interest activities. She earned a bachelor’s degree in homeland security and emergency preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University.
