(Enola, PA) - Members 1st Federal Credit Union is celebrating the first cohort of associates to successfully complete a leadership development program offered in partnership with Shippensburg University.

Associates participated in programs designed to support leaders at different stages of their careers: the Frontline Leadership Credentialing program for emerging leaders and the Applied Leadership Skills for Mid-Level Leadership program. Together, the programs provided participants with practical tools to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, change management, employee engagement and other key leadership skills.
