City & State PA announced Monica Gould, founder and president of Strategic Consulting Partners, as a 2025 Above & Beyond recipient. Gould is one of 50 women business leaders being recognized who demonstrate exemplary leadership and have left an indelible mark in their fields, making significant contributions to society in business, public service, media, nonprofit, and organized labor.

Gould was celebrated alongside other distinguished honorees on March 25 at the fourth annual City & State PA’s Above & Beyond gala and was featured in the magazine’s special issue publication on March 24.
