The STAGES Foundation is proud to announce its official launch this July, marking the beginning of a mission-driven initiative dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating life-changing diagnoses. STAGES provides advocacy, education, and essential resources to ensure patients and their loved ones feel supported, informed, and empowered during some of life’s most challenging moments.

STAGES, which stands for Support, Transition, Advocacy, Guidance, Education, and Sustainability, was created from real-life experiences and a deep understanding of the gaps that exist in care, communication, and long-term support. The foundation aims to bridge those gaps through community collaboration, resource development, and meaningful programming.

As it launches, STAGES is focused on building partnerships, expanding access to palliative care resources, and raising awareness across Central Pennsylvania and beyond.

Community members, businesses, and organizations are invited to be part of the founding chapter as STAGES Foundation works to create lasting impact and ensure no one navigates a life-changing diagnosis alone.
