Susquehanna Nonprofit Summit to Bring Regional Nonprofit Leaders Together on April 22

Nonprofit professionals and community leaders from across the lower Susquehanna Valley will gather on April 22 for the Susquehanna Nonprofit Summit, a one-day regional conference focused on connection, collaboration and shared learning to build nonprofit capacity and resilience. The conference will take place at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center.

The conference is being planned by a regional partnership formed by the Adams County Community Foundation, The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC), Lancaster County Community Foundation, the High Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Partnership for Better Health and the York County Community Foundation, with sponsorship support from RKL and WellSpan. Together, these organizations are committed to strengthening the nonprofit sector and advancing positive change throughout the region.

“The Susquehanna Nonprofit Summit gives nonprofit leaders a chance to come together, learn from each other and build relationships across the region,” said Stefani McAuliffe, vice president of community impact at TFEC. “We want nonprofits to leave with practical tools, fresh ideas, and added capacity to serve their communities.”

The conference will feature keynote speaker Leslie Crutchfield, co-author of Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits. Crutchfield is a nationally recognized expert on social impact and nonprofit effectiveness whose research offers practical, evidence-based insights into how nonprofits can scale their impact and drive lasting change.

Attendees can expect a full day of engaging sessions, networking opportunities and conversations centered on today’s nonprofit challenges and opportunities. The event is designed for nonprofit staff, executives and board members at all stages of their work and is provided free of charge.
