Step into the enchanting world of "There's No Place Like Home" with us at the upcoming Humane Society of Harrisburg Area Wizard of Oz-themed Fur Ball Gala on November 2nd at the Hershey Lodge Chocolate Ballroom. As we embark on this magical journey, we are driven by a heartfelt mission – to build a better community for pets and people.

Our largest fundraiser of the year, the Fur Ball Gala unites hundreds of the shelter’s most passionate supporters for an evening of food, drinks, live entertainment and a celebration of the year’s accomplishments. This year, we have much to celebrate. With your help, we have worked tireless to build a No-kill Harrisburg, and increased adoptions and medical services for pets. We installed new play yards and air conditioning for the dogs. However, this is always more work to be done, and we ask you to join us.

By partnering with us, your support will directly contribute to creating a haven of comfort and compassion for our furry friends. From the adoption of homeless animals to prevention of animal overpopulation with spay and neuter resources, providing affordable veterinary services, and offering safety net programs to keep pets in their homes where they belong, your generosity will help us give them the love-filled "home" they deserve.
